First Dish for 2012
Fettuccini Carbonara. Took me about two weeks before i willed myself to really start cooking. This one's easy since i just followed the recipe. Im so proud of my pasta! It wasnt soggy, it wasnt hard. Perfectly just right! But. My fried bacon was a bit overdone, and my sauce is a bit tasteless, they said. Oh well! My family still finished it anyway upto the last string of noodle. Hurray!

Nice! At least na-perfect mo yung pagluluto ng pasta. So next na gagawin mo na lang is the sauce :)
