Fettuccini Carbonara. Took me about two weeks before i willed myself to really start cooking. This one's easy since i just followed the recipe. Im so proud of my pasta! It wasnt soggy, it wasnt hard. 19 months! Happy Happy 19th!!! Tim has to go to DLSU-Manila earlier today to enroll in his Masteral class. He's taking up Masters in Environmental Engineering kasi. Mazels' Dad... passed away.. The news came unexpectedly last Friday. I was just talking with Mazel Thursday night, and Mazel didnt say anything about her father's bad condition or something.
